Post Workout Snacks

Okinawa sweet potato pie was presented in our 10/15/2023 fitness event as a post workout snack.  The purple root vegetable has more antioxidants than blueberries do.  It’s great for heart health, gut health, beautiful skin, and prevent cancer. I added grass fed gelatin into the mix for a boost of protein and joint care.

Chocolate peanutbutter protein balls were also a favorite.  It’s creamy, high protein, and no added sugar.  They are great healthy snacks on the go.
