I’m thrilled to be hosting our foundation’s first in-person event. This has been my long-time passion, and I want to express my gratitude for your participation in the mission and for being a part of our community.
This fitness class is aimed at women who haven’t been regularly exercising for at least 6 months. We will be focusing on movement patterns, forms (remember, form is crucial!), and incorporating a light workout.
Expect nothing less than fun, sweat, and positive vibes – they’re all mandatory!
